I'm dittoing the table between the chairs, magazines/books, maybe a throw or afghan, pretty spring/summer wreath, a outdoor rug to cozy it up, and most important....candles for those peaceful evenings!! Please post pics when it's done!! Ooooohhhhh I can't wait to see! :0)Tanyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01618178910722598005noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5175056984287091965.post-26598259205440053732010-04-20T07:54:09.069-07:002010-04-20T07:54:09.069-07:00Your siding is lovely. I love it! I had no idea it was siding until you told me...
WEll, honey I think it's just beautiful! I love the chairs! Perhaps you could make or find some inexpensive cushions for the seats if your bum needs a little padding like mine does... :) A little stand w/a fern, a little table to sit your coffee and book. Possible some pretty geraniums. I think it's lovely. Follow your heart. :)Sandra Hendersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12369992819437905498noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5175056984287091965.post-90263489451184656972010-04-19T20:23:27.976-07:002010-04-19T20:23:27.976-07:00I agree that a small table between the chairs woul...I agree that a small table between the chairs would be nice. (I would skip the lamp, as it would compete with the lamps you can see inside the window.)
I can't tell what color your front door is, but with the neutral siding, window trim and chairs, it might be nice to add a pop of color with pillows and potted flowers in a shade that compliments the door.
And consider adding a welcoming wreath of some sort to the door.
And then I would stop. You don't want to overwhelm the space.GardenOfDaisieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03110646840082802721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5175056984287091965.post-54824139546785422282010-04-19T19:41:04.049-07:002010-04-19T19:41:04.049-07:00Ok, I would add a table between the chairs, with a ...Ok, I would add a table between the chairs, with a nice arrangement and maybe some kind of light/lamp on the table. I would add some pots of pretty colorful flowers on the corners and scattered around. I would hang some wind chimes from the ceiling. They also have cute little decorative metal animals/people like at JoAnns fabrics or home centers, I would add 1 or 2 of them too. Maybe a nice wreath on the wall and a string of greenery always looks good over the top of the window. Oh, and a couple cute throw pillows with maybe....uh...a scottie on them!!! for the chairs too. You could....stencil the front of the chairs with Scotties!! That will be really cool!! BOL It will be a nice porch to hang out on. Have fun and show us a picture when you are all done ok??

Wags
JazziScooterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12821524664278901347noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5175056984287091965.post-44604289549801062052010-04-19T17:39:47.804-07:002010-04-19T17:39:47.804-07:00Oh I think it looks lovely.
