Once upon a time
I visited Sue and her lovely blog, Country Pleasures.
She was doing something really fun
AN APRON SWAP
and I wanted to join in.
So, I joined the fun
and swapped
aprons with
LeAnne.
Do to some e mail difficulties
LeAnne and I
were a little late
in swapping
(plus I took that unintended blogging break)
but I still want to show you
the cutest apron and "tuck ins"
LeAnne sent to me.
Look at all that cuteness!
I love the apron and have
used the Christmas note pads a lot!
and do you see that adorable snowman?
it was filled with
yummy chocolate kisses.
Needless to say they didn't last long Ha!
Thank you LeAnne!!!
I loved everything!
The sweetest thing about the swap...
I now have a new friend!
Have a great day!

What a sweet apron. David and I each have our own aprons. His is camo, of course, for his manly BBQ adventures. Mine is a green, leafy pattern to reflect my love of trees.
ReplyDeleteI have made aprons for every occasion for Maria to use at work. I love to visit and see her and her helpers wearing them.
Jonny is getting ready for school and says, "Hi." Like his uncle, he's a man of few words.
what a fun swap! jennyx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I've always wanted to do that. Maybe I'll join in next time. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun, I've done quilt block swaps but an apron swap would be lots of fun.
ReplyDeleteLoved what Denise said about the "manly" apron. So very true.
blessings,
jilly
Lovely that you had the courage to take part...I have entered one for this year to start shortly and am quite a scaredy cat about it. I shall take some courage 'cos it worked out well for you!
